Judy supports the homesharing community in the mid-Willamette Valley. She has been an active member of the Eugene/Springfield community for more than 40 years.
Judy has a wide range of nonprofit experience, including more than 20 years in successful volunteer recruitment, program management, and leadership. She serves on the Board of the Springfield Public Library Foundation and enjoys working on its popular annual fundraiser, Books & Brew.
Ally Parzych
Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships
Ally joined HomeShare Oregon in 2023, bringing her passion for community development and a belief in the power of storytelling to connect people. She is a strategist, fundraiser and community builder with a 20+ year career that spans the art, nonprofit, government, and political sectors. She joined HomeShare Oregon because she shares similar values and hopes to build community that will provide the right mix of voices where all Oregonians can reach their full potential. Ally’s work and home life intersect often as she is a natural connection facilitator through and through.She believes in showing up for our land, community, and animals. When she isn’t working, Ally can be found hiking and camping with her family + friends alongside her husky. She is a lover of old growth trees, music, art, coffee, books, and all things food.
Christina Gordon
Program Coordinator
Christina is a proud member of the Salem community with a passion for sustainability, multi-generational living, and affordable housing. Recently, she embarked on creating a native plant garden in her yard, dedicated to fostering local biodiversity and beauty. Her experience building an ADU with her grandmother has brought a deeper sense of connection and joy to their family. With a clear vision for affordable housing and the transformative potential of homesharing, she is committed to connecting people to resources and solutions that address the housing crisis. She is committed to connecting her community to homesharing and hopes that eventually everyone has access to affordable housing, and where homesharing becomes a sustainable part of the solution.
As a devoted spouse and parent of two daughters, Christina values the importance of family and community. She is driven by the purpose of inspiring others to connect with their resources, helping to cultivate a sense of belonging and engagement within their community. With a heart for service, Christina believes that meaningful connections can lead to a stronger, more united world.
Abigail Dehner

Abigail came on board brimming with enthusiasm. A lifelong Oregonian, she is honored to connect with and support communities across the tri-county area where she grew up. With a passion for housing support and service to others, Abigail draws on her background in case management, community engagement, and education to forge connections and advance the mission of HomeShare Oregon.
With a passion for learning that continues beyond the workday, Abigail can usually be found working on a complicated craft project or learning a new hobby. She also loves movies, art, and enjoying the beautiful parks and scenery that Oregon has to offer.
Jason Dewey
Product Manager, HomeShare Online
Jason joined the team supporting the mission of HomeShare Oregon while seeking to help people and make an impact wherever possible. He comes with a background in Product Ownership and Project Management. He has experience with focusing on significantly improving efficiencies and managing complex products.
In his spare time you can find him with his family traveling around the northwest, exploring volcanos, along a waterfall trail, searching along the coast or maybe even in a rain forest. He loves to travel, and hopes to do more in the future.
Debra Hernanz
Program Coordinator
As someone who values meaningful relationships and inclusive spaces, Debra is passionate about helping people navigate change and find stability through shared housing. She is driven by the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home. With a background in project management, instructional design, and technology integration Debra is dedicated to developing effective programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
When she’s not working to support home sharing initiatives, Debra enjoys exploring Oregon’s natural beauty, and spending time with family and friends.
Savenia Falquist
Executive Director
Savenia Falquist brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Executive Director of HomeShare Oregon. With a career spanning over two decades, she has distinguished herself as a leader in social justice, conflict resolution, and victim services. Her tenure as Executive Director of Community Mediation Services has been marked by transformative initiatives. Community Mediation Services piloted the Eviction Resolution Program for Clark County under SB 5160. Through development and implementation of a program that had never existed before, the program served over 7000 individuals to prevent evictions.
Savenia’s exemplary work has earned her prestigious accolades, including the 2007 FBI Director’s Award for her contributions to youth services and justice and the 2006 Juvenile Justice Professional Award. Her work in tribal grant consulting, where she has played a vital role in securing resources for tribal communities and providing peer grant reviewing services, underscores her commitment to empowering indigenous and vulnerable populations.
In addition, Savenia’s work on the Anti-Gun Violence Report for Washington State highlights her dedication to public safety and her impact on addressing and mitigating gun violence. Her visionary leadership and passion for creating safer, more harmonious communities drive her ongoing efforts to make a meaningful difference.
With a clear vision for affordable housing and the transformative potential of homesharing, Savenia is committed to pioneering innovative solutions that address the housing crisis. Her leadership aims to foster strong, supportive communities where everyone has access to affordable housing, and where homesharing becomes a vital, sustainable part of the solution.
Toni Wallick
Outreach Coordinator
Toni joined the staff in mid-2024 after serving on the board since 2021. Her passion for the elderly and houseless comes from years of working with the Oregon Project Independence program and the Housing Authority of Jackson County. She was their first Eviction Prevention Specialist and eventually became the Housing Stabilization Specialist helping people use their vouchers to obtain and keep housing. As an advocate of affordable housing,and the Housing First Model, she sees Home Share as a real solution to seeing everyone have housing that is affordable.
In her spare time she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends dancing, hiking, swimming and exploring the beautiful waterfalls and rivers in Oregon.
