Nonprofit Mission Alignment

We are a nonprofit too. Every dollar we receive improves our platform and the experience of every person who uses it. Every contribution enables us to keep partner costs as accessible as possible. We are not paying back investors. We are not optimizing for growth at the expense of outcomes. We are building a movement, and we want every organization that belongs at the table to have a seat at it, regardless of size or budget.

From Introduction to Impact in Four Steps

We keep the process simple so your team can focus on your mission rather than managing a platform.

01
We get to know your organization.

Every partnership starts with a conversation. We learn about the people you serve, your organization's goals, and how home sharing fits into your existing work.

02
We build your branded front door.

Your co-branded landing page and platform access are configured before you ever promote home sharing to a single participant. Your people enter a familiar, trusted environment.

03
You make the introductions. We do the matching.

You share home sharing with the people who need it. We handle verification, matching, and all backend coordination. You stay close to your community, empowered by the tools and resources we provide to support participants through the process.

04
Success is one person staying home.

We are not measuring volume. Success is one person staying in their community, and one family having the peace of mind that their loved one can remain in their home. That is the movement we are building together.

Transparent Pricing, Built to Stay Accessible

We believe cost should never be the reason a mission-aligned organization cannot bring home sharing to its community. Our pricing is designed to reflect the real costs of running a secure, well-supported platform, and to decrease as donor and grant support allows us to pass savings along.

For Partner Organizations

Annual License Fee

Access to the full HomeShare Online platform, co-branding, custom landing page, monthly reports, marketing content, and backend support, priced for the size of your organization.

Starting annual license fee $7,000 / year
Pricing scales with organization size Custom quote

As HomeShare Oregon receives donations and grant support, we pass savings along. Our goal is to make partnership financially accessible for every organization that belongs at the table.

For Individual Participants

Platform Access Fee

Individuals who join through a partner organization pay a one-time setup fee that covers the full cost of bringing them safely onto the platform.

One-time setup fee (identity verification, background check, 6-month platform access) $125
Refundable deposit, returned when a match is found or participant leaves the platform $50 refundable
Renewal after 6 months (updated background check + continued platform access) $45 / 6 months

Partner organizations can provide coupon or discount codes to cover or reduce costs for their participants.

Partner discount codes. Partner organizations are able to offer coupon or discount codes to their stakeholders that cover or reduce the one-time setup fee. This is one more way your relationship with your community translates directly into access.
