Executive Director

Ms. Fields is an innovative strategist with 25+ years of experience in governmental and public affairs initiatives that win legislative support, positive media recognition, state-wide and local ballot initiatives, candidate campaigns and favorable public awareness. In her career, Ms. Fields has served some of the country’s largest non-profits including Planned Parenthood Action Fund and the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network.

Here at home, Ms. Fields served on the senior leadership teams for races which included Metro Chair, Multnomah County Chair, Portland City Council, as well as multiple ballot initiatives.

Ms. Fields, as Executive Director for Home Share Oregon, is honored to be working to help solve what has become a humanitarian crisis across the country, access to affordable housing.

Ivy Marchbanks-Villanueva

Ivy Marchbanks-Villanueva

Home Share Program Representative, Jackson County

Prior to joining Home Share Oregon, Ivy spent 4 years working in the Senior Care industry. During that time, she held positions in community operations, program management, administration, and community relations. Through this work experience, as well as three years of work as a wild land firefighter, she became passionate about serving those in need.

Outside of work, Ivy enjoys spending time with her husband exploring Oregon’s beautiful forests and natural systems, as well as spending time with their rescue dogs.

Ivy was born and raised in a small town in Oregon, and enjoys trying new foods, is an avid reader, and enthusiastic about art and history.

Judy Cormana Smith

Judy Cormana Smith

Area Representative, Lane County Oregon

Judy C. Smith has been an active member of the Eugene/Springfield community for more than 40 years. She joined the Home Share Oregon team because she is passionate about housing issues and improving quality of life for local families. Judy has a wide range of nonprofit experience, including more than 20 years in successful volunteer recruitment and program management, as well as 25 years in leadership. Judy currently serves on the Board of the Springfield Public Library Foundation, and enjoys working on its popular annual fundraiser, Books & Brew.

Judy attended the University of Oregon earning a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management and returned to UO to earn her Graduate Certificate of Nonprofit Management from the Department of Planning and Public Policy in 2013.

In her spare time, she enjoys riding her bicycle to explore the many area trails, as well as reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
